Bring Joy Back to Mealtimes

Do you worry that your child is eating too much or too little? Are you concerned that your child is not eating a variety of foods?

Today’s world is full of conflicting information about what we should and should not eat. Just getting food on the table is stressful enough most nights.

We understand the struggles that modern families face. We know how to navigate them for positive change.

Our approach is unique, combining age-appropriate feeding guidance with the Ellyn Satter Division of Responsibility model.

Over time, mealtimes with the family will become something you look forward to.

The worrying will stop, and the joy will return.

A study in 2015 indicated the profound impact family mealtimes have when our children become teens. Those teens who experienced consistent family meals showed a lower risk for disordered eating, alcohol and substance use, violent behaviour, and feelings of depression or thoughts of suicide in adolescents.

Eating as a family may be one of the most impactful things you can do as a parent to raise happy and healthy teens and young adults.
